随机选择先天性心脏病患者 50例 ,于手术前后不同时间采血测定其肌酸激酶 ( CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶 ( CK- MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( L DH)、肌钙蛋白 T( c Tn T) ,探讨先天性心脏病心内直视手术中有关因素对心肌细胞损害程度。结果显示 :1严重创伤组与普通创伤组比较 ,CK、CK- MB、LDH( P<0 .0 1)、c Tn T( P<0 .0 0 1)均有显著性差异。 2主动脉阻断时间 >60分钟与 <30分钟组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK-MB、LDH及 c Tn T均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。 3心脏停跳液用量 <10 ml/ kg组与 >15ml/ kg组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK- MB及 c Tn T均有显著性差异 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。 4术中代谢性酸中毒组与无代谢性酸中毒组比较 ,停机时 CK、CK- MB、L DH( P<0 .0 5)、c Tn T( P<0 .0 1)均有显著性差异
Fifty patients with congenital heart disease were randomly selected. Blood samples were taken at different time points before and after operation to determine the levels of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (L DH), troponin T (c Tn T) to explore the extent of damage to cardiomyocytes in the open heart surgery of congenital heart disease. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the CK, CK-MB, LDH (P <0.01) and cTn T (P <0.01) between the severe trauma group and the common trauma group. There was a significant difference in CK, CK-MB, LDH and cTnT between two groups when the aorta was occluded for more than 60 minutes and less than 30 minutes (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the CK, CK-MB and cTnT when the cardioplegia dosage was <10 ml / kg and> 15 ml / kg groups (all P <0.01).
