由于数控技术的发展,使得高精度的凸轮加工和应用成为可能。接踵而来的是对凸轮廓线的改进和轮廓磨损的分析提出了更高的要求。目前在廓线改进方面做了大量工作,但是磨损分析还有一些困难。研究表明接触点间的相对运动对接触面的油膜形成起着决定作用,是影响磨损的重要因素[1]。本文就凸轮接触运动参量,特别是相对运动参量的定量关系做了初步的理论分析并澄清一些有关这一问题的含糊或错误的概念。
Due to the development of numerical control technology, high-precision cam machining and application are possible. The research shows that the relative movement between contact points plays an important role in the formation of oil film on the contact surface, which is an important factor affecting the wear [1]. In this paper, a preliminary theoretical analysis of the quantitative relationship of cam contact movement parameters, especially the relative movement parameters, is made and some vague or wrong concepts about this issue are clarified.
