目的 总结艾滋病患者在耳鼻咽喉的临床表现。方法 10例艾滋病的临床资料回顾性分析。结果 10例艾滋病患者,有卡波氏肉瘤8例,颈部肿块8例,皮肤、口腔咽喉黏膜溃疡4例,上呼吸道梗阻行气管切开术2例,单侧慢性化脓性中耳炎者1例。结论 艾滋病患者以咽喉、口腔部卡波氏肉瘤及黏膜溃疡出现最早,应引起高度警惕及重视。 Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations of patients with otolaryngology in AIDS patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of AIDS clinical data. Results There were 8 cases of Kaposi’s sarcoma, 8 cases of cervical mass, 4 cases of cutaneous and oral mucosal ulcer, 2 cases of upper airway obstruction tracheotomy and 1 case of unilateral chronic suppurative otitis media. Conclusions AIDS patients with throat, oral Kaposi’s sarcoma and mucosal ulcers occur the earliest, should be a high degree of vigilance and attention.
