介绍了腰轮流量计的检定原理,分析了检定误差产生的原因,主要原因有:管内壁结蜡导致体积管的标准容积变小;标准体积管的工作温度测量方法不当,取值不准。为了提高流量计的检定精度,建议:对体积管内壁结蜡问题,应在正式检定前运行4~5个检定球,以便清除体积管内壁的积蜡;关于温度对检定的影响,可采取三种方法,①对体积管保温,②改进测温方法,③体积管实际温度可近似等于油温与室温之和的一半。
This paper introduces the test principle of the waist flowmeter and analyzes the reasons for the error of verification. The main reasons are as follows: the standard volume of the volume tube becomes smaller due to the wax on the inner wall of the tube; the measurement method of the working temperature of the standard volume tube is not correct and the value is not accurate. In order to improve the test accuracy of the flowmeter, it is suggested that 4 to 5 test balls should be run before the formal test to eliminate wax deposition on the inner wall of the volumetric pipe. For the effect of temperature on the test, three Methods, ① volume tube insulation, ② improve the temperature measurement method, ③ volume tube actual temperature can be approximately equal to half the sum of oil temperature and room temperature.
