信息技术的发展、市场环境的变化,使我国经济步入新的阶段,也给企业带来了机遇和挑战。在这样的背景下,企业要在激烈的竞争市场中占有一席之地,就必须提高财务管理人员的综合素质,做好企业资金的运用规划。尤其是互联网金融不断发展、经济结构及金融市场不断变化的今天,国有企业要想抓住机遇,就要敢于对传统的经营管理模式进行改进,对传统人才引进制度进行修正,提高人才与市场需求的契合度。本文从财务管理人才的培养现状、面临的挑战进行层层分析,提出财务管理人才的培养和提升对策,从根本上提高我国国有企业的财务管理水平。
