研究低游离度的漂白针叶木化学浆、杨木PRC-APMP与高游离度的杨木PRC-APMP的配抄性能,研究结果显示:与单独的杨木PRC-APMP在相同游离度下相比,通过配抄低游离度的漂白针叶木化学浆或低游离度的杨木PRC-APMP均能获得高的成纸松厚度,但成纸抗张强度与配抄浆料种类有关。与游离度为490mL的杨木PRC-APMP相比,利用游离度为56mL的漂白针叶木化学浆与725mL的杨木PRC-APMP配后游离度为490mL的混合浆成纸松厚度为3.22cm3.g-1,抗张指数为16.37N.m.g-1;利用游离度为54mL的低游离度PRC-APMP与725mL的杨木PRC-APMP配后游离度为490mL的混合浆成纸松厚度为3.32cm3.g-1,抗张指数为13.37N.m.g-1;而游离度为490mL的杨木PRC-APMP成纸松厚度为2.88cm3.g-1,抗张指数为14.50N.m.g-1。
