福州可锻铸铁厂采用沈阳市热力设计研究所转让的转化燃煤技术,根据该厂实践经验,自行设计了一种新型可锻化退火炉,并成功地利用了福建当地资源,以白煤为燃料,对白口铸铁进行可锻化处理。该炉的原设计煤种为大同块煤。为利用福建地区的白煤,在重新设计时,曾对一些重要部位进行了必要的修正。设置两个转化室,调整反应高峰;适当加大炉排面积,减小反应室的高度;加厚预铺渣层,防止白煤高温裂解时漏入灰箱;采用中、厚煤层,选择中高压离心风机,使转化反应持续均衡地进行。转化燃煤可锻化退火炉如下图示。其转化
Based on the practical experience of the plant, a new type of malleable annealing furnace was designed by Fuzhou Malleable Iron Casting Plant using the conversion coal-fired technology transferred by Shenyang Thermal Design Institute.
