知识经济时代的来临推动了越来越多的企业从企业创新文化视角审视自己的创新管理。创新文化是企业创新活动的原动力,一个创新型的企业必须以创新文化为驱动力科学构建企业的创新体系。构建创新型的企业文化,价值导向的领导行为和员工素质是基础,制度行为和环境是关键。从价值导向层次和制度行为和环境层次构建科学规范的、内在逻辑性较强的企业创新文化评价指标体系,可以规范企业的创新文化行为,进而推动企业创新文化的良性发展。
The advent of the era of knowledge economy has promoted more and more enterprises to examine their own innovation management from the perspective of enterprise innovation culture. Innovative culture is the driving force behind an enterprise’s innovation activities. An innovative enterprise must scientifically build an enterprise’s innovation system with an innovative culture as its driving force. Building an innovative corporate culture, value-oriented leadership and employee quality is the foundation, and institutional behavior and the environment are the keys. From the value-oriented level and the institutional behavior and the environmental level to build a scientific and standardized evaluation system of enterprise innovative culture, which can standardize the enterprise’s innovative cultural behavior and promote the benign development of the enterprise’s innovative culture.
