2003年7月,北京市作为首批试点的六省市之一开展社区矫正工作。同年6月,经北京市社区矫正领导小组研究决定,第一批31名监狱干警被抽调到密云、东城、房山3个区县协助开展工作。截至2007年9月,北京市共抽调了4批410名监狱劳教干警参加社区矫正工作,实现了全市18个区县313个司法 In July 2003, Beijing Municipality conducted community corrections as one of the first six pilot provinces and municipalities.
