针对现在学校煤炭企业青年自身基础差,自身想法比应届大学多元化等等,本文着重针对在工作中几年累计下来的经验,总结的学生特点,以及结合社会企业现在的用人需求,制定相应的培养目标和方向,因材施教,力求学生能够走出校园顺利进入工作岗位,两者呈现无缝对接,真正做好学有所用,学以致用。
