风载荷是机载雷达舱外设备和地面雷达露天设备的主要设计载荷,是设计方案的源头。文中分析了风载荷对雷达天线座的影响,探讨风荷系数确定、设计风速选取及电机驱动力估算的经验和方法。同时,结合某机载雷达研制实例,通过静态风洞试验获取各项风荷系数,并将风力矩计算结果与动态风洞实测数据进行对比分析,给出风力矩计算的建议。希望帮助雷达结构设计师加深对风载荷的认识,更全面、客观地评估风载荷对天线座设计的影响。
Wind load is the main design load of airborne radar outdoor equipment and ground radar outdoor equipment, which is the source of the design scheme. In this paper, the influence of wind load on radar antenna base is analyzed, and the experience and method of wind load coefficient determination, design wind speed selection and motor drive force estimation are discussed. At the same time, combined with a case study of airborne radar, the static wind tunnel test is used to obtain the wind load coefficients, and the wind torque calculation results are compared with the dynamic wind tunnel measured data to give the calculation of wind torque. We hope to help radar structural designers to deepen their understanding of wind load and evaluate the impact of wind load on the design of the antenna mount in a more comprehensive and objective manner.
