导语:与刚刚启动时相比,目前新课程的气氛有些沉寂。造成沉寂的原因,从新课程教学的外在环境来看,主要来自于考试制度没有根本改变,教学硬件落后于课程需求,教师培训没有取得实效等;从新课程教学实施来看,主要来自于课程理念的落实出现偏差,教学组织存在各种问题与困难。革新考试制度、创设教学硬件、加强教师培训,这需要社会多方力量的支持,而非教师自身能够担当。唯有课堂教学,却需要教师执着追求,去努力解决存在的问题,突破教学的难点,谋求落实课程精神的策略。如果在新课程的发展当中,尤其是面临困境的阶段,教师对新课程的责任感和反思精神严重缺席,教师缺少为新课程贡献智慧的热情,那么即使外部环境变得宽松和理想,新课程宏图依然难以实现。正是基于唤醒教师责任心的初衷,本期努力客观再现新课程课堂教学的现实困境,包括分析存在的问题与难点以及介绍实践者的可资借鉴的经验,期冀更多的教师展开反思,勇敢面对存在的困难,为新课程走出沉寂、焕发活力建言献策。
