分别用放射免疫法(RIA)和二磷酸腺苷诱导法,测定了犬冠脉内灌注N-单甲基左旋精氨酸(L-NMMA)5mg/kg前后,前降支(LAD)伴行静脉血中6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-酮-PGF1α)的含量和血小板聚集率(PAgR)。结果表明,L-NMMA灌注后血小板聚集率由31.3%±6.6%升至43.3%±6.2%(P<0.01),但6-酮-PGF1α没有明显变化。以上结果提示内源性一氧化氮合成受抑制时,冠脉循环中PAgR增加,而前列腺素无变化。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) and adenosine diphosphate (Adenosine diphosphate) induction were used to determine the effects of coronary artery perfusion with 5-mg / kg N-monomethyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA) The contents of 6-keto-PGF1α (6-keto-PGF1α) and platelet aggregation rate (PAgR) in venous blood. The results showed that platelet aggregation rate increased from 31.3% ± 6.6% to 43.3% ± 6.2% (P <0.01) after L-NMMA perfusion, but there was no significant change of 6-keto-PGF1α. The above results suggest that inhibition of endogenous nitric oxide synthesis increases PAgR in coronary circulation but not in prostaglandins.
