目的了解淄博市中小学生视力低下的现状及严重程度,为中小学生视力低下防治工作提供科学参考。方法按照《山东省中小学生健康体检管理实施办法》要求,利用淄博市2014年全市中小学生健康体检数据,采用SPSS 17.0对其视力低下情况进行研究。结果中小学生视力低下检出率为53.07%(709/1 336)。其中,城市高于农村(P>0.05);女生高于男生(69.58%、54.17%)(P<0.01),小学生视力低下检出率为33.89%,初中生为60.62%,高中生为84.16%;初中和高中年级段视力低下程度分别为重度>中度>轻度;有34.43%(460/1 336)的学生左右眼视力不同,发生屈光参差的学生占26.74%(123/460)。结论淄博市中小学生视力低下水平较高,且以重度视力低下为主,有少数的学生存在屈光参差。
Objective To understand the status quo and severity of low vision in primary and secondary school students in Zibo city and to provide a scientific reference for prevention and control of low vision in primary and secondary school students. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation Measures of Health Examination Management for Primary and Secondary School Students in Shandong Province”, the health examination data of primary and secondary school students in Zibo City in 2014 were used to study the situation of poor eyesight using SPSS 17.0. Results The prevalence of poor eyesight in primary and secondary school students was 53.07% (709/1 336). Among them, the urban areas were higher than the rural areas (P> 0.05); girls were higher than boys (69.58%, 54.17%) (P <0.01); the prevalence of poor eyesight was 33.89% in primary school students, 60.62% in junior high school students, 84.16% . The visual acuity of junior high school and senior high school were severe> moderate> mild respectively. There were 34.43% (460/1 336) students had different visual acuity in left and right eyes, and 26.74% (123/460) had anisometropia. Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Zibo city have a high level of vision loss, with severe low vision. A few students have anisometropia.
