混凝土筒仓采用滑模施工模板,投资较低,相对简单、方便,并可连续工程作业。此施工方法被广泛应用于冷却塔、混凝土烟囱、通讯信号发射塔等截面壳结构的浇注。本文经过实践调查表明:滑模施工混凝土筒仓存在以下风险:表层强度不同程度低于内部及设计强度,混凝土粘结握裹配筋状况较差,不规则与环向水平裂缝,对结构各项性能有明显不利影响。
