At present, with the continuous development of tuberculosis prevention and control work in Fujian Province, human resources have become more and more restrictive. The construction of human resources is of strategic importance to the success of tuberculosis control [1]. It is imperative to accelerate the development of human resources for tuberculosis prevention and control . Whether the number, quality and distribution of human resources are balanced and reasonable will directly affect the development of pharmaceutical management.
