本研究以某事业单位2010年新入职的327名员工为被试进行调查,结果发现,处于成就型同一性状态的人数占总人数的11.2%,延缓型为68%,早闭型为12.5%,弥散型为12.5%;总体同一性状态上男女性别差异不显著,但早闭状态的男性个体其所属状态分量表得分显著高于女性;自尊与效能感、同一性状态中的成熟状态得分显著正相关,与弥散状态得分显著负相关,效能感与同一性状态中的成熟状态得分显著正相关,与弥散型状态得分显著负相关,同一性状态中成就型与弥散型呈显著负相关,延缓、早闭、弥散三种状态之间两两均呈显著正相关。自尊和效能感在不同同一性状态上均差异显著。
