初中数学的教与学是以问题为研究中心而展开教学的,问题的方向、质量、深度决定了数学学习的性质、实效、程度.但在当下的数学课堂上,教学中教师往往以直接抛出问题让学生被动地解决问题从而实施教学的做法十分普遍,教师过于主导课堂导致课堂效率低下的现象屡见不鲜.实践证明,这样的长期教学只会导致把学生塑造成解决问题的机器、应试的工具,使学生丧失了学习数学的动力和兴趣.笔者认为培养学生主动地发现问题比被动地由教师给出问题让学生解决要重要得多.如
