以V_2O_5细粉颗粒为原料,以H_2C_2O_4作为还原剂,在160、180和200℃(pH=3)的水热条件下反应24h制得亚稳相VO_2(B)纳米粉体,再在真空下,经500,550,600℃热处理3h后获得VO_2(M)粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对样品进行了成分和形貌分析,实验结果表明,反应产物的形貌可以通过退火温度来改变,水热反应后形成棒状晶粒,随着水热温度的上升,晶粒结晶度更高;600℃热处理3h后获得片状结构粉体,相变温度为68.04℃。
The metastable phase VO_2 (B) nanopowder was prepared by reaction of fine particles of V_2O_5 with H_2C_2O_4 as reducing agent under hydrothermal conditions of 160, 180 and 200 ℃ (pH = 3) for 24 h. , After 500,550,600 ℃ heat treatment for 3h to obtain VO_2 (M) powder.
