从动态力学性能方面研究22SiMn2TiB-(616)高强度装甲钢的防弹性能。鉴于不同的应变率可得到区别较大的动态屈服强度,在SHPB(霍普金森压杆)实验的基础上,测试不同应变率和温度对616装甲钢力学性能的影响,撞击616装甲钢试样材料得到相应的应变率-应变曲线,观察冲击后其显微组织变化情况,并与原材料进行对比。结果表明:微光组织中出现白色光亮的ASB(绝热剪切带);同时组织中还出现相应的回火组织,验证应变率对动态压缩屈服强度有较大影响。
Study on Ballistic Performance of 22SiMn2TiB- (616) High Strength Armored Steel from Dynamic Mechanical Properties. In view of the different strain rates, the dynamic yield strength can be distinguished greatly. Based on the SHPB test, the effect of different strain rates and temperature on the mechanical properties of 616 armored steel was tested and the impact on 616 armored steel samples The corresponding strain rate-strain curves were obtained and the microstructural changes after impact were observed and compared with the raw materials. The results show that the bright white ASB (adiabatic shear band) appears in the glimmering microstructure, and the corresponding tempering microstructure also appears in the microstructure. The strain rate has a significant effect on the yield strength of dynamic compression.
