简述了隔振技术的发展和各类典型隔振器的原理及应用,提出发动机隔振系统的研制和开发主要集中于改善其幅一频特性方面。着重阐述了电流变隔振器的工作原理,通过具体的试验测得评价隔振性能的两个参数——动刚度和响应滞后角,得出结论:电流变隔振器具有明显的优势,它利用“智能”的电流变液体,依靠外电场的控制及时、准确地调控液体的粘度,从而实现对系统阻尼系数的干预调节,适用于发动机的宽频带振动的隔离。
The development of vibration isolation technology and the principle and application of all kinds of typical vibration isolators are briefly introduced. The research and development of vibration isolation system of engine are mainly focused on improving the amplitude-frequency characteristics. The working principle of the ERA is emphatically elaborated. Two parameters which are used to evaluate the anti-vibration performance-the dynamic stiffness and the response lag angle-are measured through the concrete experiment. It is concluded that the ERA has obvious advantages. The use of “smart” electrorheological fluid, rely on the control of the external electric field in a timely and accurate manner to control the viscosity of the liquid in order to achieve the system damping coefficient of the intervention regulation for the engine broadband vibration isolation.
