大量忠诚的消费者是企业发展的基础,企业应以培育积极主动的忠诚者为重点,通过介入影响消费者的接触点,帮助消费者忠诚度的成长。为了促使满意度转化为忠诚度,企业应积极进行各种营销努力,为顾客满意度加分,而特色营销,则有利于企业忠诚者队伍的稳定。企业可以通过整合面对消费者的营销努力,推动消费者忠诚度的成长,为企业培育大量忠诚的消费者。
A large number of loyal consumers are the basis for business development. Enterprises should focus on nurturing proactive loyalists and help them to grow their loyalty by intervening on the points of contact that affect consumers. In order to promote the satisfaction into the loyalty, enterprises should actively carry out various marketing efforts for customer satisfaction points, while the characteristics of marketing, it is conducive to the stability of the enterprise loyalty team. Businesses can promote consumers’ loyalty growth by integrating face-to-face consumer marketing efforts and cultivate a large number of loyal consumers for the enterprise.
