本文研究了各种因素(酸碱度、催化剂的用量、载气流速、还原剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应物的体积)对Magos法测定无机汞和有机汞的影响.作者改进了Magos法后取得了良好的结果.测定无机汞和有机汞(以甲基汞表示)的线性范围分别是0~0.1μgHg~(2+)和0~0.4μg甲基汞(以汞计).同时也研究了影响巯基棉富集、洗脱的各种因素,制定了富集、洗脱条件本法测定无机汞的最低浓度为1μg/200ml.测定无机汞10ng/200ml和有机汞30ng/200ml时的标准偏差为±1.56,此方法已用于环境水样中有机汞和无机汞的分析.
