采用透射电镜研究了TA1/16MnR板爆炸焊接界面的显微组织。结果表明,爆炸焊接界面的宽度约200 nm,界面存在非常细小的纳米晶及非晶,宽约1.5 nm,长约10 nm,这种细密的组织可能会阻碍Fe和Ti互扩散。在16MnR钢侧,自界面向基体依次为异常长大的晶粒、回复组织、纳米晶和形变的等轴晶,而TA1侧存在少量形变孪晶。
The microstructure of the explosive welding interface of TA1 / 16MnR plate was studied by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the interface of explosive welding is about 200 nm in width with very small nanocrystalline and amorphous interfaces. The width of the interface is about 1.5 nm and the length is about 10 nm. This fine structure may hinder the mutual diffusion of Fe and Ti. On the 16MnR steel side, grains grow abnormally from the interface to the matrix, and the equiaxed grains, nanocrystals and deformed grains are recovered, while a small amount of deformation twins exist on the TA1 side.
