采用直接进样的离子色谱法测定了车用尿素溶液中微量氯离子(Cl-)。以Ion-Pac AS9-HC为分离柱,AG9-HC为保护柱,9.0mM碳酸钠溶液作为淋洗液,外加酸抑制电导模式检测。或选用Metrosep A Supp5-250为分离柱,METROSEP4/5GUARD为保护柱,淋洗液为3.2mM Na2CO3+1.0mM NaHCO3,旋转式填床型化学抑制模式检测。考察了直接进样与灰化进样两种样品处理方式和不同的电导抑制模式,实际样品的检出限为0.0017μg/mL,定量限为0.0051μg/mL,不仅满足了DB11/552-2008标准中Cl-定性分析要求,而且能够定量分析,具有无试剂干扰、操作简便的特点。
Determination of trace chloride (Cl-) in vehicle urea solution by direct injection of ion chromatography. Ion-Pac AS9-HC as the separation column, AG9-HC for the guard column, 9.0mM sodium carbonate solution as an eluent, plus acid inhibition conductivity mode detection. Or use Metrosep A Supp5-250 as the separation column, METROSEP4 / 5GUARD as the guard column, and the elution buffer as 3.2mM Na2CO3 + 1.0mM NaHCO3, rotary packed bed type chemical inhibition mode. The effects of direct injection and ashing injection on the inhibition of conductivity were investigated. The detection limit of real sample was 0.0017μg / mL and the limit of quantification was 0.0051μg / mL, which not only satisfied DB11 / 552-2008 Standard Cl-qualitative analysis requirements, but also quantitative analysis, with no reagent interference, easy to operate features.
