教育学是中等师范学校的一门专业基础课,该学科的教学情况如何,对毕业生质量的影响很大.我在近两年的教学实践中,改革了课堂教学的结构,对提高教学质量起到了一定的作用.过去,教育学的课堂教学,基本上是老师讲,学生听.我在课堂教学中,改变了这种结构.我从学生的实际和认识规律出发,把教学过程划分为指导、学习、讨论和汇报四个阶段.这四个阶段形成环状链条,其中任何一个阶段既要为下一个阶段作准备,又要深化上一个阶段的学习(如图)
