针对鸡西市荣华煤矿东主运输巷道软岩支护问题,结合X射线衍射分析结果和巷道变形监测结果,采用有限差分法,分析荣华煤矿巷道在不同的支护形式下的应力场分布及塑性区体积,优化筛选出较为合理的支护方式。计算结果表明,采用预应力全锚索支护技术可以有效地将围岩应力转移到岩层深部,降低喷层单元的切向应力。锚索与周围岩体相互作用,起到“组合梁”与“组合拱”作用,使得围岩塑性区体积与巷道底板位移量明显减小。
In order to solve the problem of soft rock supporting in the main roadway of Ronghua coal mine in Jixi City, combining the X-ray diffraction analysis results and the monitoring results of roadway deformation, the finite difference method is used to analyze the distribution of stress field and the plastic zone in different supporting forms Volume, optimize the screening out a more reasonable support methods. The calculation results show that the application of prestressed anchor cable can effectively transfer the surrounding rock stress to the deep part of rock strata and reduce the tangential stress of spray unit. The interaction between the anchor cable and the surrounding rock mass plays the role of “composite beam” and “combined arch”, which makes the volume of plastic zone of surrounding rock and displacement of roadway floor significantly reduced.
