小型金属油罐一般为200m~3至上千方,大为5000m~3以上。小型油罐对地基的压力一般为98kPa 以上,而大型油罐压力则达196kPa 以上。由于油罐长期装油处于受载状态,同时各种油管线、暖气、排水线互相连结,所以不允许罐基础在使用过程中有严重的下沉和倾斜。如何保证罐基础的施工质量,是广大油罐建设者十分关心的问题,现将金属油罐基础施工方法分述如下,以供参考。
