介绍一种用于模具维修的硬质合金被覆法中的模具表面强化处理方法及其特点。为了更好更快地研究硬质合金被覆法处理模具的状况及耐受程度,通过选择钣金件比较厚的不同模具进行被覆处理,经过观察、跟踪和验证,对冲压件和模具生产前后进行对比,得出具体应用上的结论。研究结果表明,硬质合金被覆法用于汽车拉延模可提高模具的耐磨特性,但存在性价比问题。
