本文报告77例妇科肿瘤的三维超声成像。子宫肌瘤23例、卵巢癌32例、卵巢囊肿22例。三维超声成像显示肿块占据空间位置优于二维超声显像的,占70%(54/77);三维超声成像显示肿块内部结构优于二维超声显像的,占65%(50/77);三维超声成像显示肿块边界和边缘状况优于二维超声显像的,占62%(48/77)。说明三维超声成像对盆腔占位病变能较准确地提示肿瘤所占据的空间位置及内部结构和边缘病变形态,为临床提供有意义的影像诊断学依据。
This article reports 77 cases of gynecologic oncology three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. 23 cases of uterine fibroids, 32 cases of ovarian cancer, 22 cases of ovarian cysts. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging showed that the space occupied by the tumor was superior to that of two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, accounting for 70% (54/77). Three-dimensional ultrasonography showed that the internal structure of the tumor was superior to two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, accounting for 65% (50/77) Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging showed that the boundary and edge of the tumor were better than two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, accounting for 62% (48/77). This shows that the three-dimensional ultrasound imaging of pelvic space lesions can be more accurately prompt tumor occupied by the spatial location and internal structure and marginal lesions, provide a meaningful basis for clinical diagnostic imaging.
