本文联合应用心机图及超声心动图方法,测定了153例正常成人的左室收缩和舒张功能指标。发现:随着年龄增长,V_(cfo)VT_(pw)及AC速度逐渐减低;QS_2I、PEPI及LVETI则显延长;CI、LVEF、△D％及PEP/LVET无明显变化。表明左室收缩功能随年龄增长而逐渐减低,并以心肌收缩速度下降为首先出现的表现。A/E-O、VAW％、IRP随年龄增长而增加;FRF、EF速度、PWVD则相反。表明左室舒张功能亦随年龄增长而降低,且比收缩功能降低出现更早、更明显。
This article combined the use of cardiogram and echocardiography methods, determination of 153 normal adults, left ventricular systolic and diastolic function index. It was found that the V_ (cfo) VT_ (pw) and AC velocity decreased gradually with age; QS_2I, PEPI and LVETI prolonged significantly; there was no significant change in CI, LVEF, △ D% and PEP / LVET. That left ventricular systolic function with age and gradually decreased, and the rate of myocardial contraction decreased to the first appearance. A / E-O, VAW%, IRP increased with age; FRF, EF speed, PWVD is the opposite. That left ventricular diastolic function also decreased with age, and more than a decrease in systolic function appeared earlier, more obvious.
