目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定空气中(对、邻、间)硝基氯苯的检测方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,以甲醇:水(65∶35)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min。二极管阵列检测器在254 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果:线性范围0.05μg/ml~50μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9999,最低检出浓度0.05μg/ml,三个浓度水平的样品加标回收率为96.1%~103.6%,相对标准偏差RSD均<3.0%。结论:该方法线性范围宽,相关性好,精密度高,准确度好,特异性强。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of nitrochlorobenzene (para, o, m) in air by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography with C18 column and methanol: water (65:35) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. Diode array detector absorbance at 254 nm. Results: The linear range was 0.05μg / ml ~ 50μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the lowest detection limit was 0.05μg / ml. The spiked recoveries of three concentrations were 96.1% ~ 103.6% <3.0%. Conclusion: The method has wide linear range, good correlation, high precision, good accuracy and specificity.
