韶钢原4号高炉探尺采用交流能耗控制系统,由于控制方式的限制,探尺控制精度不高且维护、维修困难,故障率高。在韶钢4号高炉大修之机,我们对探尺控制系统进行了改造。1系统的组成1.1机械系统高炉探尺机械系统构成如图1所示,其中重锤、链条与链轮的一部分在炉内。工作时,由电动机驱动减速箱,重锤根据自重使链条和钢丝绳张紧而上、下行。本次改造时原机械部分基本不变,仅更换重锤。
