新海43号(原代号K-011)是由新疆农业科学院经济作物研究所培育的早熟长绒棉新品种。该品种以结铃性强的99-108优良新品系为母本,以具有埃及吉扎棉血缘的优质品系K-202为父本,于2001年配制杂交组合,以优良纤维品质及早熟性作为早代主要选择目标,强化中、高世代在枯、黄萎病圃内连续进行抗病鉴定和多个生态区适应性考察优选,于2006年培育成功,命名为K-011。2007― Xinhai 43 (formerly K-011) is a new variety of precocious long-staple cotton cultivated by Institute of Economic Crops of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
