采用苯甲酸(BA)/硬脂酸(SA)复合改性剂改性木粉,并制得聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料,研究BA/SA复合改性剂配比及用量对PP/木粉复合材料力学性能及流动性能的影响.结果表明,随着改性剂的加入,复合材料力学性能和流动性能均有一定程度的提高.当BA/SA复合改性剂配比为1∶3时,复合材料力学性能和加工性能均出现最佳值.SEM分析表明,木粉经BA/SA复合改性剂处理后,木粉与PP基体树脂的相容性得到改善,界面变得模糊,因此在宏观上表现为复合材料的力学性能和流动性能提高.
The wood powder was modified by benzoic acid (BA) / stearic acid (SA) composite modifier, and the polypropylene (PP) / wood flour composite was prepared. The effects of the ratio of BA / / Wood flour composites.The results show that with the addition of modifiers, the mechanical properties and flow properties of the composites are improved to some extent.When the ratio of BA / SA composite modifier is 1 : 3, the mechanical properties and workability of the composites all showed the best values.EM analysis showed that the compatibility of wood flour and PP matrix resin was improved after the wood flour was treated with BA / SA composite modifier, the interface became Fuzzy, so the macroscopic performance of the composite material mechanical properties and flow properties increased.
