本文应用概率统计理论,对不同的铝合金壁板的化铣网格结构参数做出了正态性分布检验,并根据理论计算和统计图表的综合分析,得出化铣网格结构参数符合正态分布的结论。归纳出在常规的化铣工艺条件和一定概率下的网格参数的偏差值。可作为优化设计时制定化铣网格参数偏差的参考依据。针对化铣工艺特点,阐明了化铣网格参数值和网格重量的关系。
