目的:了解医院管理者的工作满意度状况及心理需求。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法对10家三级医院的126名管理干部进行当前工作满意度及心理需求的调查。结果:1、三级医院管理人员对目前的工作整体上表示满意,但工作条件方面的满意度在业务科室和职能科室负责人之间存在显著性差异,其中医疗、护理岗位的管理人员对工作条件的满意度最低。2、大多数管理者除了希望进一步增加工资奖金之外,还希望辛勤的工作之后能得到领导的赞赏和肯定,希望有一个尊重人才,以人为本,有着良好文化氛围的工作环境。结论应该更加重视知识型员工的特点,重视双肩挑干部的待遇问题,重视医院文化氛围的建设,重视医院的压力管理。
Objective: To understand the job satisfaction status and psychological needs of hospital managers. Methods: A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the current job satisfaction and psychological needs of 126 management cadres in 10 tertiary hospitals. Results: 1. The management staff of the tertiary hospital expressed overall satisfaction with the current work, but there was a significant difference in the satisfaction of working conditions between the business department and the person in charge of the functional department, among which the managers of the medical and nursing positions worked The satisfaction of the conditions is the lowest. 2. They hope to have a work environment that respects talents, takes people as the center, and has a good cultural atmosphere. Conclusion It should pay more attention to the characteristics of knowledge-based employees, pay attention to the problem of treatment of the shoulders and cadres, pay attention to the construction of hospital cultural atmosphere, and pay attention to hospital stress management.
