随着我国社会经济的不断发展,促进了我国尖端行业的发展跨越,企业之间的竞争也日益的激烈。现代企业在日常的发展中,不仅要提高经营水平,还应该做好企业优秀历史文化的传承和创新,这样才能形成企业员工的凝聚力、向心力,使员工能够更好的为企业的发展贡献力量。因此,本文主要针对现代尖端企业在新文化视角下企业优秀文化的传承与创新管理进行了相关方面的分析和探讨。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, we have promoted the development of the most advanced industries in our country and the competition among enterprises has also become increasingly fierce. In the daily development of modern enterprises, we not only need to improve the management level, but also inherit and innovate excellent historical and cultural enterprises so as to form the cohesive force and the centripetal force of employees so that employees can contribute more to the development of the enterprise. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes and discusses the inheritance and innovation management of the enterprise’s outstanding culture from the perspective of the new culture of the modern top-end enterprises.
