目的观察低剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效。方法采用低剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病患者62例,B超观察用药前后子宫与腺肌瘤的体积变化,监测用药前后促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平。结果用药前后字宫及腺肌瘤体积均缩小有统计学意义(P<0.01),FSH、LH、E2、P、T水平用药后均有不同程度的改变(P>0.05),PRL显著降低(P<0.05)。结论低剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病,可使子宫与腺肌瘤的体积明显缩小,并消除和改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the curative effect of low dose mifepristone on adenomyosis. Methods 62 patients with adenomyosis were treated with low dose of mifepristone. The volume changes of uterus and adenomyoma were observed before and after treatment with B-mode ultrasound. The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), lactation (PRL), estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T) levels. Results The volume of the uterus and adenomyoma were reduced before and after treatment (P <0.01). The levels of FSH, LH, E2, P and T were all changed to different degrees after treatment (P> 0.05) P <0.05). Conclusion Low doses of mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis can make the volume of uterus and adenomyoma significantly reduced, and to eliminate and improve clinical symptoms.
