应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化技术检测４１例手术后原发性肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）中ｎｍ２３蛋白的表达，探讨ｎｍ２３表达与癌组织学类型及与患者术后存活期之间的关系。结果为ｎｍ２３在肝细胞癌中的表达率是３４．１５％，阳性产物位于癌细胞胞浆中。其表达率与ＨＣＣ组织学分型无关（Ｐ＞０．０５），与患者术后存活期也无明显相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５），并对可能影响肿瘤转移的各种因素进行了讨论。
S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of nm23 protein in 41 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after surgery. The relationship between nm23 expression and the histological type of cancer and the postoperative survival was explored. As a result, the expression rate of nm23 in hepatocellular carcinoma was 34.15%, and the positive product was located in the cytoplasm of cancer cells. The expression rate was not related to the histological type of HCC (P>0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression rate and survival time of patients (P>0.05). Various factors that may affect tumor metastasis were discussed.
