目的:探讨不同年龄段大鼠小肠肥大细胞结构变化与功能的关系。方法:应用透射电镜对出生10 d 至1年以上各组大鼠的小肠肥大细胞进行电镜观察。结果:10~20 d 组:多为正在发育中的肥大细胞,生后30 d、8 周和6 个月组大致可分为形态不规则,表面有许多微绒毛,分泌颗粒大小不等的活化型和细胞呈圆形或卵圆形,表面光滑突起少,分泌颗粒较均匀,胞质内有大小不等的空泡出现的恢复期的肥大细胞。6 个月和1年以上组还见到正在缓慢分泌和功能静止的肥大细胞。结论:不同年龄段大鼠小肠肥大细胞在结构上有很大差异
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the structure and function of small intestine mast cells in different age groups. Methods: Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the intestinal mast cells of rats in each group from 10 d to 1 year after birth. Results: In 10 ~ 20 d group, most of the developing mast cells could be divided into three groups: irregular morphology, many microvilli on the surface, and activation of secretory granules of different size at 30 d, 8 and 6 months after birth Type and cells were round or oval, smooth surface less protrusions, more uniform secretion of particles, the cytoplasm of varying sizes of vacuoles appeared in the recovery of mast cells. Groups of 6 months and over 1 year also see mast cells that are slowly secreting and still functioning. Conclusion: There are great differences in the structure of small intestine mast cells in different age groups
