目的 :了解聋哑学生残余听力状态和配戴助听器的助听效果。方法 :对 3 8例聋儿进行纯音测听、声导抗检查、听性脑干反应检查及环境声辨别测试。结果 :气导语言频率平均在 89d B HL 以下 17例 ,90~ 110 d B18例 ,双耳 110 d B以上无反应 3例 ;A型鼓室图 3 3例 ,B型 5例 ;12 3 d B pe SPL 出现波形者 2 4例 ,无波者 14例 ;能辨别环境声者 16例 ,不能辨别者 2 2例。配戴助听器后能辨别者增至 2 4例 ,无效 14例。结论 :聋儿听力检测可发现有残余听力患者 ;如尽早配戴助听器进行康复训练可提高环境声辨别率
Objective: To understand the residual hearing ability of hearing-impaired students and hearing aids with hearing aids. Methods: Thirty-eight deaf children were subjected to pure tone audiometry, acoustic impedance test, auditory brainstem response test and environmental sound discrimination test. Results: The frequency of air conduction language was lower than 89d B HL in 17 cases, 90-110 days in B 18 cases, both ears 110d B or more in 3 cases, type A tympanogram in 33 cases, type B 5 cases and 12 3 d B There were 24 cases with waveform of pe SPL and 14 cases without wave. There were 16 cases of ambiguous cases and 22 cases of unrecognizable cases. After wearing hearing aids can distinguish increased to 24 cases, invalid in 14 cases. Conclusion: Deaf children hearing loss detection of residual hearing can be found; as early as wearing hearing aids for rehabilitation training can improve the environmental sound resolution
