我院应用蛇毒抗栓酶治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞30例(男22 女8),发病年龄47～67岁。按脑动脉闭塞的定位分:左颈内动脉17例,占56.7％,右颈内动脉12例,占40％,椎—基底动脉系1例 占3.3％。 治疗效果表明 急性期16例,治愈9例,显效7例 有效率100％;恢复期5例,显效
In our hospital, 30 cases of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction (22 males and 8 females) were treated with snake venom antithrombotic enzyme, and the age of onset was 47-67 years old. According to the location of cerebral artery occlusion, there were 17 cases of left internal carotid artery (56.7%), 12 cases of right internal carotid artery (40%) and 1 case of vertebrobasilar artery (3.3%). The therapeutic effect showed that 16 cases were acute, 9 cases were cured, effective in 7 cases was 100%; recovery in 5 cases, markedly effective
