为提高星载仪器工作的可靠性,在其上天之前,必须进行热真空试验。着重叙述了热真空试验所必备的空间环境;给出了模拟试验设备的结构原理,以及验收试验结果。由实验结果可见,真空室器壁和热沉壁吸附水蒸气后,对抽气时间影响较大。如果打开真空室大门前容器充入氮气,而不是大气,则可使抽气时间大大缩短。
In order to improve the reliability of satellite-borne instruments, a thermal vacuum test must be carried out before it goes to heaven. The space environment necessary for the thermal vacuum test is emphatically described. The structural principle of the test equipment is given, and the test results are also given. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the adsorption of water vapor on the wall of the vacuum chamber and the wall of the heat sink greatly affects the extraction time. If you open the vacuum chamber door filled with nitrogen, not the atmosphere, you can greatly reduce the exhaust time.
