在职业技术学校中,教师很少像高中一般严格管制着学生,相对于高中的教学模式,职校教学更加轻松自由,学生自由空间大.这对于一些自主学习能力强的学生是一个提升自我的机会,但对于一些自制力不强的学生来说,却是一个堕落自我的过程.同时在职业技术学校中,学生的知识基础普遍较差,教师的教学方法陈旧的问题,导致学生在学习中难以理解知识点.针对这一现状,教师在教学中需要解决的方法便是合理运用各种教学策略培养学生的思维能力,让学生学会自主学习.故教师在教学中想要提高学生的综合能力便要先培养学生的自主学习能力,提升学生的自主学习的思维能力.本文便以职校教学中的数学教学为例浅谈教师在教学中应该如何合理运用教学策略培养学生的数学思维能力.
In vocational and technical schools, teachers seldom control students strictly like high schools. Compared with high school teaching models, vocational school teaching is easier and freer, and students have more freedom. This is a self-improvement for students with strong self-learning ability. Opportunity, but for some self-control students, it is a process of self-destruction. At the same time, in the vocational and technical schools, students’ knowledge base is generally poor, and teachers’ teaching methods are outdated, causing students to learn. It is difficult to understand the knowledge point. In view of this situation, teachers need to solve the teaching method is to use a variety of teaching strategies to develop students’ thinking ability, so that students learn to study independently. Therefore, teachers want to improve students’ comprehensive ability in teaching. It is necessary to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability first and improve their thinking ability. This article takes the mathematics teaching in vocational school teaching as an example to discuss how teachers should use teaching strategies to cultivate students’ mathematics thinking ability.
