针对目前TETRA数字集群系统开发应用的实际情况,提出了一种基于IP技术的TETRA系统调度台的构建方案。该方案的调度台是一台多媒体PC机,调度员通过运行其上的软件完成对人员的调度.软件开发采用Tha les公司提供的通信服务器应用程序接口,并以呼叫建立作为实例描述软件开发过程.调度台软件通过组件对象模型与通信服务器进行信息交互,实现了集群系统必需的呼叫、监听、动态分组等指挥调度功能.
According to the actual situation of the development and application of TETRA digital trunking system, a scheme of TETRA system dispatcher based on IP technology is proposed.
