人力资源管理是我国各企业管理工作体系中不可忽视的一项工作,随着我国社会保障体系的逐步完善,社会保障对于人力资源的影响作用日益明显。如何巧妙利用社会保障体系对人力资源的影响提高企事业单位人力资源管理工作的水平和效率是当前企事业单位面临的重要课题。本文首先对社会保障的概念和发展趋势进行了阐述,指出了当前企业人力资源管理存在的问题,分析了社会保障对人力资源的重要性,提出了借助社保措施提高人力资源管理水平的有效措施。
Human resource management is a work that can not be neglected in the management system of every enterprise in our country. As the social security system in our country is gradually perfected, the effect of social security on human resources is increasingly obvious. How to make the best use of the social security system’s impact on human resources Improving the level and efficiency of human resource management in enterprises and institutions is an important issue facing enterprises and institutions at present. This paper first elaborates the concept and development trend of social security, points out the existing problems of human resource management in the enterprise, analyzes the importance of social security to human resources, and puts forward some effective measures to improve human resource management level with social security measures.
