测定了30Mn钢的CCT曲线和淬透性,研究表明,当冷却速度大于60℃/s,能得到50%以上的马氏体组织,淬透性能满足Φ245mm×13.84mm以下油井管的要求。该钢种在实验室条件下经调质处理,性能可以满足API5CT的要求。此外还测定了其热膨胀系数,为定径机孔型设计提供了依据。
The CCT curve and hardenability of 30Mn steel were measured. The results show that when the cooling rate is higher than 60 ℃ / s, more than 50% martensite can be obtained, and the hardenability can meet the requirement of oil well pipe below Φ245mm × 13.84mm. The steel in the laboratory conditions after quenching and tempering, the performance can meet the requirements of API5CT. In addition, the coefficient of thermal expansion was also measured, which provided the basis for the hole type design of the sizer.
