餐饮行业对烹饪专业高素质技能人才需求的变化,需要不断探寻全新的烹饪技能人才培养模式与之相适应。杭州市中策职业学校积极试点,通过实施“行会进驻校园”“开展名店订单”“创设企业教室”“建构网络微格系统”“实施项目管理”以及“创建校内烹饪博物馆”等创新举措,有效解决了当前中职烹饪专业面临的教学难题,探索出中职烹饪专业特色人才培养创新模式,并实现了理论和实践创新,取得显著成效。
