慢性心力衰竭是复杂的临床综合征,是许多疾病的终末阶段。心肌肌浆网钙泵(SERCA)是肌浆网上的重要蛋白质,调节胞质钙离子的浓度,在心肌的兴奋收缩耦联中扮演重要的角色,参与慢性心力衰竭的病理生理过程。心力衰竭时SERCA2a表达下降,且SERCA2a mRNA的水平与心功能指数呈正相关。对心肌肌浆网钙泵的深入研究将为慢性心力衰竭的治疗提供新的途径。
Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome that is the terminal phase of many diseases. Cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum Calcium pump (SERCA), an important protein in sarcoplasmic reticulum, regulates the concentration of cytoplasmic calcium ions and plays an important role in the excitation-contraction coupling of myocardium and participates in the pathophysiological process of chronic heart failure. SERCA2a expression was decreased in heart failure, and the level of SERCA2a mRNA was positively correlated with cardiac function index. In-depth study of myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium pump will provide a new way for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
